Shipping policy
We currently only ship orders within Germany.
We use DPD for shipping.
Your order is usually processed and dispatched the next working day after we receive it. If your order is received before 8am (CET), it may be dispatched on the same day (working and dispatch days: Monday to Thursday).
Important: We do not dispatch the Fresh Mangoes on Fridays due to the weekend. If you order Thursdays after 8am (CET) your order will be dispatched only by the following Monday. We want to ensure that your orders always reaches you the next day. The working and dispatch days will be adjusted in case of public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
Domestic deliveries (Germany)
We charge a flat-rate as shipping fee of 5.90€ per order. Orders over 59.00€ qualify for free delivery.
The estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 working days from order processing.
International deliveries (outside of Germany)
We do not currently offer deliveries outside Germany. Stay tuned for any updates. Feel free to subscribe to our newsletter.
